About the Village of Hope

The Village of Hope (VoH) is Dufatanye Organization’s flagship project, designed to support the most impoverished communities in Rwanda. It helps families generate stable incomes while promoting intensive and sustainable farming practices.

Currently, the project operates in Nyanza District (Nyamagana, Nyabisindu, Nyamiseke, Karwiru, Kadusenyi, and Kabisine) and Nyaruguru District (Rasaniro), reaching communities most affected by poverty and malnutrition.

Participants are selected based on national statistics, ensuring support reaches those most in need. After research, Dufatanye works closely with local leaders to introduce the project and guide communities on how they can benefit.
